Gouqi's festive Christmas menu is £88 per person, for a minimum of two guests, served to share. It can be booked from 10 November to 30 December 2026. The dining room is at 25–34 Cockspur Street, St James's, a short walk from Trafalgar Square. This is the one menu with a confirmed published price; other menus are confirmed when you reserve.

The menu is arranged to share, in three parts.

The duck on this menu is the salad
The starter is a crispy aromatic duck salad. It is not the Legendary Peking Duck with Oscietra caviar, which is carved tableside, served three ways, and needs 24 hours' notice on the à la carte. Guests who want that duck as well as the festive menu should say so when they book, with a day's notice for the tableside dish.
The chicken and the Peking duck are halal, not including the sauce. The roast chicken with truffle sauce is the chicken on this menu. Ask the restaurant if you need the sauce kept separate. Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are available; the wild mushroom with broccolini is the vegetable plate already on the festive menu, and the team will talk through anything else when you reserve.
Parties and the dining room
The minimum of two means a couple can book it in the dining room at £88 each, without taking a private room. The private-room deposit applies only when the booking is for Crimson or Ruby. A larger Christmas table can take Crimson or Ruby: 12 guests, 10 guests, or 22 with the rooms combined. A standing party is about 15 in each room or 40 combined. Private dining takes a 50% deposit of the minimum spend, with cancellation notice of 72 hours to one week depending on the date. Larger groups should pre-order at least three working days ahead.
The restaurant opens for lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 16:30. The kitchen closes at 22:00 from Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, and at 22:30 on Friday and Saturday. Festive hours can differ from the regular week; the booking confirmation is the one to rely on for a specific December date.

Allergies and dietary requirements should be in the booking. The festive price applies only inside those dates.
